Overall meaning : Whatever is in the heavens and the earth extols Allah’s limitless glory and declares Him free from all defects and imperfections. Everything in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him; all sovereignty is His and all praise is due to Him, and He has power over all things. It is He who has created you out of nothing, mankind, yet some of you are unbelievers, while some others are believers. Allah sees everything that you do.
He has created the heavens and the earth with the truth and for a purpose, and He has fashioned you and given you beautiful forms; and to Him will you all be returned.
He knows what is in the heavens and the earth, and He knows all the words and deeds that you conceal and reveal. Allah has full knowledge of all people’s innermost thoughts and the secret intentions of their hearts.
