Overall meaning : Remind people, Muhammad, with the Qur’an, whether such reminder would be of any benefit or not. Those who fear Allah will surely heed the Qur’an and benefit from its reminder, but the unbelievers will turn away from it and not benefit from it—these will be cast into the Greatest Fire in the life to come and will suffer its intense heat, in which they will neither die and thus find rest, nor live a life which they will enjoy.
Successful indeed will be those who purify themselves from unbelief and sin and remember the name of their Lord and pray to Him.
