Overall meaning : Who could do more wrong than someone who forges lies against Allah when invited to embrace Islam?! Allah does not guide those who wrong themselves.
These unbelievers only seek to refute the truth that has come to them through the lies they utter, but Allah will perfect the truth, however hateful this may be to the unbelievers.
It is Allah who has sent His Messenger, Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, with beneficial knowledge and the religion of Islam to exalt it above all other religions, however hateful this may be to those who associate partners with Him.
