Overall meaning : Have We not expanded and opened your heart for you, Muhammad, so you may know and receive right guidance and act in accord with the truth? Have We not forgiven you your sins whose burden has weighed heavily on you, exalted your mention and raised high your esteem in which you are held? For truly with difficulty and hardship come ease and relief; truly with difficulty and hardship come ease and relief.
Therefore, when you have finished whatever you may have to do, Muhammad, strive hard to worship Allah and pray to Him; and seek to please your Lord alone in all your deeds and acts of worship.
