Overall meaning :
Have you heard the story of Moses, Muhammad, when His Lord called out to him in the sacred valley of Tuwa? ‘Go to Pharaoh,’ He said to him, ‘for he has acted arrogantly and transgressed his bounds. Say to him, “Would you be willing to cleanse yourself from the stain of unbelief and sin, and that I guide you to your Creator and Provider, so that you may fear Him and avoid His wrath and punishment?”’
Moses showed Pharaoh the mightiest miracle bearing witness to his truthfulness, but Pharaoh denied the truth and disobeyed Allah’s command. Then he turned away from faith and strove hard to turn people away from following Moses. Then he summoned people and proclaimed, saying, ‘I am your supreme lord.’
Allah, therefore, meted out to him the punishment of the life to come by casting him into the Fire, and also of this present life by drowning him in the sea. Surely in this punishment there is a lesson for those who fear Allah and His torment.
