Overall meaning : Are you, who deny the resurrection, stronger in constitution and creation or the sky? Allah has built it. He raised it high and perfectly formed it, making its night dark with sunset and its day bright with the rising of the sun. After that He spread out the earth and brought forth from it the seas, rivers and vegetation, and He set the mountains firmly upon it so that it would not shake—for you, people, and for your grazing livestock to enjoy.
