Makki or Madani?
Surat Al-Ma?arij is Makki; more than one of the commentators narrated that there was consensus regarding that. [431] Those who narrated that there was consensus regarding that include: Ibn ?Atiyyah, Ibn Al-Jawzi and Al-Qurtubi.
