Overall meaning : Have those who deny the resurrection never looked at the sky above them to reflect on how We have so perfectly built it and adorned with stars, leaving no flaws whatsoever in it?! We have spread out the earth and placed in it firmly set mountains to prevent it from shaking, and We have brought forth from it every kind of plant that is pleasing to the eye. We have made all this to serve as a lesson and a reminder to every servant who frequently turns to Us.
And We send down blessed water from the sky with which We bring forth gardens and all types of grains that are harvested (such as wheat and corn), as well as tall palm trees bearing clusters of dates, as a provision for mankind, thereby giving new life to a dead land. Just as We bring the earth back to life after it has been lifeless, so We will bring you, people, back to life on the Day of Resurrection.
