Overall meaning : Tell people, Prophet, ‘The judgement concerning anything you differ about, people, rests with Allah alone. Such is Allah, my Lord. In Him have I placed my trust, and to Him alone do I refer all my affairs.’
He is the Creator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you, people, spouses of your own kind, as well as livestock, both male and female. It is thus that He multiplies you and your livestock. Nothing compares to Him. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing.
The keys of the treasures of the heavens and the earth belong to Him alone. He expands and restricts the provision of whomever He wills of His slaves. He has knowledge of all things.
