Overall meaning : It is Allah alone who accepts His servants’ repentance when they turn to Him and pardons their misdeeds, and He knows whatever good or evil you do. He answers the prayers of those who believe and do good deeds when they call upon Him, grants them their requests and gives them even more out of His bounty. As for the unbelievers, they will suffer a severe punishment.
Had Allah granted unlimited sustenance to all His servants, they would have committed much injustice in the land and transgressed against one another. As it is, He sends down in due measure whatever He pleases according to His own wisdom. Allah is fully aware of His servants’ condition and sees them all.
It is Allah who sends down rain, giving His servants relief after they have despaired of it, and spreads out His mercy far and wide. He is the Guardian who protects and takes good care of His servants, the Praiseworthy who deserves all praise for His countless blessings.
