Overall meaning : The God-fearing who do what Allah commands and avoid what He forbids will be in a secure place—totally safe from every kind of harm and evil. They will be amid gardens and running springs, dressed in fine silk and rich brocade, and they will be seated facing one another. Thus will it be. And We will marry them to fair maidens with beautiful wide black eyes. They will call there for all kinds of fruits, remaining secure in their knowledge that they will never come to an end or cause them any harm.
They will never taste death in Paradise after their first death, and their Lord will protect them, by His grace and benevolence, from the torment of the Fire. That will be the ultimate triumph indeed!
We have made this Qur’an easy for people, Muhammad, by revealing it in your Arabic tongue, which is the most eloquent of all languages, so that they understand it, be admonished by it and thus observe its teachings. Wait, then, Muhammad, for the torment that will befall them; they, too, are waiting.
